What? This is a theory course for beginner touch referees and for players who would like to have a better understanding of the rules to improve your playing level.
Why? You will have a better understanding of the rules of Touch and have the confidence to ref at training sessions and tournaments. To obtain your L1 badge, firstly you also need to attend this course and pass a short multiple choice exam, secondly you will need to be assessed by Phil Holliday (Director of Referees) (or another referee assessor) at a tournament (e.g. Fall into Touch).
When? Saturday 15 September 2018 from 13.00 until 17.00
Where? Recrean Building, Rhinos Rugby Oudenaarde Club (Eindrieskaai 26, 9700, Oudenaarde)
Course language? English
Cost? Free for members of Touch Belgium. 20€ for non-members. You will also be given a whistle.
What do you need to bring? Bring your boots/trainers and sports kit, you will need to do a practical session.
