Scottish Touch Association

Touch first came to Scotland in 1993. Twelve years later the Scottish Touch Association was formed to develop all areas of the game; in particular to grow new leagues around the country and to develop the technical abilities of players, referees and coaches.

In addition to the original two leagues in Edinburgh and Aberdeen, Touch has now spread to Glasgow, Stirling, Perth, Dundee and Inverness with national Scottish Touch Series events held for club sides, as well as the Annual National Championships for regional representative squads.  There are approximately 2,500 participants taking part in the sport each year from social leagues to national level.
